Phase 1 of Curtis Block consists of two towers. Tower 1 with 37 stories and Tower 2 with 34 stories, for a combined total of 647 rental suites.

Located within the Beltline district, 11th & 11th is a 45-storey rental building with 369 suites
The Concord is an upscale development that includes two towers overlooking the Bow River. The 105 suites 14 storey building is filled with amenities such as private garages, an outdoor water garden that becomes a winter skating rink, car washing facilities and private elevators in three-quarters of the suites. This development is located at 6 Street and 1 Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta.

The Underwood is a 35-storey tower with 225 rental suites.
Park Point is a condominium and townhouse development located in the Beltline at 301 – 11 Avenue SW, Calgary. This concrete tower is 34 storeys with 289 units.

Verve is a contemporary styled condominium building located on 5 Street and 7 Avenue SE in the community of East Village, Calgary. 25 storeys high, Verve offers a unique balance of shops, offices and residences. There are 290 suites, including a selection of exclusive live/work units.

Telus Sky is a 761,235 sq. ft. office mixed-use tower that incorporates office, retail and residential space. Being 60-stories, it is the 13th tallest building in Canada. The lower 30 floors designated for commercial use and the upper 30 floors designated for residential use.
Located at the western end of the vibrant mixed-use Beltline area of Calgary, the site is ideally located to offer residents access to the best urban amenities the City has to offer. The 425,000 sq. ft. project features 444 rental residential suites in two towers (17 and 34 storeys) with complimentary ground and second floor commercial space.

The Guardian Towers are a bold statement in modern architecture that marries both form and function in its design.
As the largest twin residential towers in Calgary, these 42-storey buildings rise into the Calgary skyline and incorporate 642 homes in more than 650,000 sq. ft. of space.
The podium underneath consists of a 9 level parkade, amenities, live/work suites and commercial spaces.
University City is a master-planned community across from the University of Calgary, near the Brentwood LRT Station. The four, 18 storey concrete towers feature 725 condo units.
Mark on 10th is a 400,500 sq. ft. condominium/apartment building consisting of 35 storeys and 274 units. The rooftop of the building contains a fitness studio and glass mezzanine lounge with 360-degree panoramic views of downtown and the mountains. Outside, an elevated hot tub, sunbathing patio with seating, lounge area with outdoor barbecue and raised fire pit complete the rooftop. The 17,000 square foot garden on the third floor is one of the largest residential high-rise common gardens in the city.

N3 stands for new attitude, new vision and new lifestyle. This 15-storey, 167 unit condominium is a residential development in Calgary’s East Village.
N3 builds on the place-making principles and vision of East Village by offering a condominium home that does not include underground parking space. N3 is the first condominium in Calgary to be built without parking.

Glenmore Gardens Tower III is a 17 storey rental residence tower in the district of Palliser/Pumphill. The 132 unit, multi-residential high rise overlooks the Glenmore reservoir.
This 136,200 sq. ft. complex houses 6 storeys of mixed-use space located in the eclectic atmosphere that is in the Mission District.
A garden-inspired collection of 169 park side homes located across from the historic Lougheed House and Beaulieu Gardens in the Beltline’s central Connaught District.
The Waterfront Towers in downtown Calgary offer first class amenities, riverfront view, and a prime location. The one million square foot community offers 1,000 residences and 2,100 sq. ft. of street front commercial units. Waterfront 1 has 177 suites and Waterfront 2 has 276 suites.

U of C’s newest residence, Yamnuska Hall, is a modern design build facility. It is a six storey student housing development situated on campus with 219 units, accommodating a total of 597 students.
Electra is the tallest residential high rise building in San Diego. A 43 story structure consisting of 248 exquisitely appointed units. Emerging out of the fully restored San Diego Electrical Railway Company, Electra offers the most significant old world charm and new world luxury high-rise architecture in all of Downtown. Built by Bosa Dev. Corp, Electra is located in an ideal location in the middle of the North Embarcadero Visionary Plan.
The Legend combines the natural rooftop observation platforms eternally enjoyed by San Diego Padres fans and mixes it with the Downtown San Diego Skyline, San Diego Bay, World Famous Gaslamp Quarter, and a family friendly park.
The Grande’s innovative triangular shape orients each home to dramatic horizons of the city, bay and sunset views. (The Grande features two residential towers constructed in phases.
